Platterform has taken up residency at the Skyroom from 5th July, for the rest of 2012. The first venture to appear there is a collaboration with seafood restauranteur Bonnie Gull, Bonnie On Sky.
Situated on a roof top with deck chair lounge, amusement pier balcony and bar, this exciting new pop up, will serve up exquisite seafood combinations and cocktails, for £33 a head for a three course meal and cocktail on arrival. Dishes include Queen Scallops panfried with yorkshire chorizo and burnt lemon dressing and Crispy BBQ mackerel with gooseberries and vegetable slaw. All of which make my mouth water already.
Reservations are for 1.5hours each however little encouragement will be needed to stay after and sample a couple (if not all) the cocktails on their menu.
You must be quick with booking (link below), I have sadly missed out on taking the other half for his birthday as I was just too slow with the uptake. I have to say, I haven't been this excited about a pop up for a VERY long time.
